We had our dog Ceilidh board with them when we were away on Holiday. This was our first time doing this and really nervous but it seems that Ceilidh had a better time than us :). Kirsten and Ross knew we were nervous about going away and they sent us regular updates via WhatsApp. Showing photos and little videos, as well as updating us about she was getting on. This really helped us relax and enjoy our time away.

There was an incident where Ceilidh (a high energy working cocker) had her eye swell up a bit as she had been running through the grass. They got in contact with us and were willing to follow what we wanted. We asked them to take a video so we could send it to out vets who gave us the ok. What really struck me was the when the vet commented on how well Ceilidh had been handled in the video and the actions that Ross and Kirsten had one. Honestly you will not get anyone better than these two, they really care about the dogs and the owners. Get in quick before they are all booked up".

Kirsten met him through walking her dog 3 years ago, and the rest is history! Riley my bullmastiff cross, was my first Rescue dog. Ross helped me out a lot with him with his lovely dog Marley. My dog Riley was dog aggressive, but a first meeting with Marley and Ross and he was calm and relaxed.Biggles and Belle were my next two rescues both Bulldogs. Again, they all got on like a house on fire. Even during some challenging health issues with my dogs, Ross was supportive, caring and helped me out.
I now have Floyd my Bulldog, and he LOVES both Ross and Kirsten and their beautiful dog Strawberry. As soon as I pull up in the car, Floyd is off straight to their gate as he knows he is on his hollibobs!
I can thoroughly recommend Kirsten and Ross, they adore dogs and have a beautiful comfortable home to share with them. Your dog will come back happy and relaxed after a walk or even a stay at Biggar Hounds."

I have been packing my bundle of energy ‘Teagan’ our springer spaniel, off to BIGGAR HOUNDS with Kirsten and Ross for several weeks now.
"Teagan absolutely adores her time there and it’s excellent for exercise, socialisation and interaction with other dogs.
There are various levels of service offered ranging from hour long walks to full day adventure trips and boarding by appointment once your dog has been initiated as a member of the Biggar Hounds group.
The care and attention that Kirsten and Ross provide is second to none. They are extremely personable people and go that extra mile (sometimes literally bless them!) in all weathers to make sure the walks are fun, varied but safe too. For example the number of dogs per trip is limited and I was provided with a detailed and very clear contract to view and consider before deciding whether to proceed.
Kirsten and Ross’s focus is on the welfare of the dogs all of whom appear extremely happy, but they also ensure the owners are happy providing all relevant information regarding where walks take place and which dogs will be present. The dogs are transported safely to and from the owners address and this excellent new business could not be more professionally run or welcome."
